On-the-Job-Training (OJT)

On-the-Job Training is a federally funded program that helps employers hire and train job seekers for long-term employment opportunities.

The Summit County One-Stop, The Job Center, will work with you to recruit and pre-screen candidates according to your needs. You make the hiring decisions and provide training needed to successfully perform job duties.  You will be reimbursed for a percentage of the training costs up to a maximum of $6,000.
