Personal Employment Consultant: When you work with The Job Center, you’ll be assigned a personal Employment Relations Representative who will follow up on your job order, work with you on improving recruiting efforts and help you navigate the many services available through The Job Center.

Job Posting and Applicant Matching: Use the Resource Room to post your jobs. Use SCOTI or work with your personal assistant to match applicants with jobs.

Pre-screening and Referral: Use The Job Center as the single source to collect and screen your employment applications. We can use your existing form or the standard, approved employment application form. You can avoid the foot traffic and we refer applicants based on your criteria. It’s that simple.

Interview at The Job Center: To minimize walk-in traffic at your business location, you can use our interview rooms for on-site screening and interviewing. We also have conference rooms available for mass recruitments, application sessions and group testing.

Get Help with Large Recruitment Efforts: If you need to fill a lot of openings quickly, we can help. The Job Center can help you get organized and can provide assistance for a large recruitment - at The Job Center or at your place of business.

Assessment and Testing: Reduce your costs in hiring quality employees with our specialized testing services, including drug screening and skill-based employment testing. We’ll also provide linkages to area Universities, Colleges, and Technical schools to find solutions to your assessment, testing and training needs.

Access Wage Subsidy Programs: If you’re not currently taking advantage of wage subsidy and tax incentive programs, contact The Job Center. Your hiring needs may translate into tax savings.
